Transferring calendars from iPhone to another iOS device such as iPad Mini could be a bit of a hassle if you don’t know how to go about it. This is a quick guide about how to quickly and manually transfer your iPhone calendar to your new iPad Mini without having to rely on the Cloud such as your Google or iCloud account.

Requirements to transfer iPhone calendar to another iOS device

your iPhone and your other iOS device – iPad Mini or else
a small tool to effectuate the transfer called CopyTrans Contacts:

A. Transferring iPhone calendar to your PC

1. Run CopyTrans Contacts and connect your iPhone to your computer. Your iPhone data will now load and display in the tool’s main window. Click on the Calendar icon on the left hand side of the main program window. You will see your iPhone calendar appear

2. Click on the button “Export selected” and choose where to save your iPhone calendars on your computer. I selected my computer’s Desktop

3. Your iPhone calendars will be saved into individual iCalendar files. These are the calendar files which we will now transfer to the iPad Mini

B. Transfer the iPhone calendars to your iPad Mini

1. Unplug your iPhone from your computer and connect your iPad mini

2. In the same program click on “Import calendars” and go to the location on your computer where you saved your iPhone calendars. Select them all and click “Open”
